Welcome to the website and online services of JB HOUSE CLEANING LLC (doing business as "JB Cleaning USA"). By accessing or using our website, online booking platform, chatbots, voice assistant services, or contracting our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
JB HOUSE CLEANING LLC provides residential cleaning, deep cleaning, commercial/office cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning services across Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay region in Florida. Price estimates provided online are conditional upon physical inspection of the property and verification of specifications.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled through our online dashboard or by contacting support. To avoid cancellation fees, we request cancellations be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service start time.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from JB HOUSE CLEANING LLC, you agree to these SMS Terms:
- Opt-In Consent: By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during booking, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages (such as booking confirmations, service window alerts, and schedule changes) at the mobile number provided.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOPto any message you receive from us. Once you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

- Rates & Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, and from you to us. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text plan.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (typically 2-4 messages per cleaning appointment).
3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We back our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning in any area of your home, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
4. Limitation of Liability
JB HOUSE CLEANING LLC is fully insured. In the unlikely event of property damage, liability is limited to the value of the damaged item or the total cost of the cleaning service, whichever is lower. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear or incorrect material installations.
